To determine the size of your chenille patches use the following formula:

Area: Minimum 3" x 3", Maximum 12" x 12"
Thickness: Approximately 3mm (may vary)
Minimum Text Size
Direct Embroidery: Characters must be at least 6mm in height with a minimum column/stem thickness of 1mm.
General Requirement: Smallest character height should be at least 30mm with a minimum 3mm stem/line thickness.
Border Specifications
For patches smaller than 6.9" x 6.9", the border will be 4mm (±1.5mm).
For patches larger than 7" x 7", the border will be 6mm (±2mm).
Colors
Up to 9 thread colors per design and 44 thread color options, including Gold Glitter and Silver Glitter.
Adhesive Options
Heat Applied: Suitable for use with a professional heat press. Not recommended for heat-sensitive fabrics.
Pressure Sensitive: Sticker backing appropriate for hard goods. Not suitable for surfaces that may have an oil finish, like silicone, or any outdoor goods.

For most products, the price includes 1 colour, 1 location imprint. However, we would advice using the prices on the website as an estimate and not the final prices. The final price can be different depending on availability, imprint/decoration needs, colours, sizing, and timeline of the project. Please note that there will also be a setup charge of $60 for screen printing, laser engraving, DTF imprinting, embrodiery and pad printing, and a setup fee of $80 for deep etching.
