Refund policy


Eligibility for Return

You can cancel at any time prior to the order going into production. Once items have been in production imprinted with your logo, we can no longer accept a cancellation. If you need to change your order for any reason, please contact your Customer Care Representative (you'll get an e-mail from them shortly after you place your order!) and they'll be happy to assist you. Please note that our orders move into production swiftly, usually within a few hours. Hence, modifications or cancellations need to be communicated to our support team immediately after placing the order.

Virtual Proofs:

We value your time and also aim to provide timely deliveries to all our customers. If we don't receive your approval or feedback on virtual proofs within 3 business days, GiftAFeeling reserves the right to move your order to production based on our best work and judgment. This ensures that your order isn’t unduly delayed.

You may be eligible to return a product under the following conditions:

a. Faulty Product: If the product you receive has a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, you can return the product. More information can be found in our FAQs page & Terms of service page.

b. Incorrect Product: If the product you receive is not the product you ordered or does not match its description on our website, you can return the product. More information can be found in our FAQs page Terms of service page.

c. Print Errors: If the product you receive has a print error significantly deviating from the approved design or exceeds our stated margin of error, you can return the product. More information can be found in our FAQs page Terms of service page

Please note that slight variations in color and print size within our declared margins, and slight fulfillment prioritization differences, are normal aspects of custom product manufacturing and are not considered errors or defects.

Non-returnable Items

Custom products that meet our quality guidelines and adhere to our Content Policy, Fulfillment Policy, Fulfillment Prioritization Policy, Color Matching Disclaimer, and Print Size Variation Policy on our Terms of service page are not eligible for return or refund.

Timeframe for Returns

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@giftafeeling.com with your order number and details of the issue. We may require photos or additional information to assess your return request.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Note: If there is a misprint, we will reprint the products and ship them for free at no added cost to the customer. A refund in case of misprint is only provided if the misprint can't be corrected; i.e. if the reprint would not solve the issue with the misprint. 

Exchanges

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at support@giftafeeling.com.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@giftafeeling.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Sample Orders
For sample orders, customers are responsible for all shipping costs, both to and from our location. Shipping fees for sending and returning sample products are non-refundable.

Product Shipping Costs
Please note that shipping costs for the products are non-refundable. Any refunds issued will be for the product price only, excluding the shipping fees.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we provide when you reach out to us for a return/refund request.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
