A true 24-hour service - order today, ship tomorrow! The order cut off time for 24 hour rush service is 11 AM everyday. Orders received after 12:00PM EST Monday-Friday will default to the following business day production. The art requirement is high-resolution vector art that has been created in Adobe Illustrator and saved as an .eps file or as an AI or PDF file. Note that there is a one-time $60 rush charge on all rush orders as well as a setup charge as per the imprint method used; it's mentioned on every product page. PMS colour and number must be provided in email/artwork. Orders submitted by the distributor with errors in text or image and printed will be billed as per catalogue pricing. All orders will be imprinted with a ONE colour imprint in ONE standard imprint location ONLY. Orders will automatically ship by UPS unless otherwise indicated on your purchase order. If a carrier other than UPS is requested please note your order will be ready at 5pm, however, due to courier pick up time constraints we will only be able to ship the following business day. Pickups will be available at 5pm.

All orders are considered confirmed at the time they are placed. Cancellation of a confirmed order must be made in writing. Any cancellation after the receipt of an order may be subject to charges for any work-in-progress.

How quickly can my custom t-shirts, custom mugs, or any other product be printed?

We offer rush order services for t-shirts printing, mugs, bottles, pens, and much more, with a turnaround time as fast as two business days for delivery and same day for pickup from our Toronto production facility! You can select the rush options during the checkout process or reach out to us directly to begin the process (hello@giftafeeling.com). 

Do you charge an additional fee for rush t-shirt orders?

Usually, there is no rush fees for any rush orders. But, during the busy season, aka holiday season, there may be a nominal rush order fee for expedited t-shirt printing., mugs printing, bottles, printing, etc,. The fee varies depending on the order size and the type of items, ranging from 5% to 30%. When you place an order online, you will be contacted by our team to discuss the rush options along with their corresponding fees. Usually, there is no rush fees and the order gets processed at the same price that's on our website. However, if there is, we will give our best prices to not upset you! And don't worry, we will provide 100% refund if you are unhappy with the rush options provided. 

What printing methods are available for rush orders?

We offer rush printing services using screen printing, heat sublimation, embroidery, and direct film transfer methods. For rush order t-shirts and mugs, the most commonly used printing method is direct film transfer and heat sublimation. Our representative can assist you in determining the best option for your project.

Can you fulfill a rush order and deliver it to my location?

Absolutely! We provide rush shipping options for our customers worldwide. By opting for our fastest rush t-shirt service and selecting one-day shipping, you can receive your products in as little as two days.
